Black Bean Brownies

15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup of chocolate chip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a blender mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Blend until smooth
- Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 pan and add the chocolate chips in and stir.
- Leave out some of the chocolate chips and place them on top before baking.
- Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 20
